Returns and Exchanges
We guarantee 100% authenticity of all cosmetics presented. All orders are carefully checked and accurately packed before shipping.
Upon receiving your order, we recommend checking it immediately to rule out any possible transit damage.
A return or exchange is possible if:
- you received an incorrect item due to our error;
- the item has not been used and retains its original appearance;
- original packaging and seals are intact.
You can request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order.
We offer:
- exchange for an identical item;
- replacement with another item of equal value;
- a refund;
- credit for the cost toward your next order.
If the order was fulfilled correctly and the item matches your order, cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive the returned item, via a method convenient for you (to a bank card).
